An inspiring song writer

Two people who have really taught me to think are Maynard James Keenan of Tool and J. Loren Wince of Hurt. J. Loren taught me to face my feelings instead of just reject them and pretend there isn't anything wrong while Maynard taught me to question religious ideas. I'm going to talk about Mr. Wince though. The name Hurt is a perfect fit for the feel J. Loren uses in his songs. He has some of the most deep and poetic lyrics I have ever listened to and read. It makes sense to me that he uses his poems for lyrics because it makes for a very beautiful song as long he can back up the lyrics with worthy musical talent (he does a fine job by the way). If there are two songs that I can recommend to a wide range of people they would be Alone With the Sea off of their fourth album, Vol. II and Pills off of Goodbye to the Machine, their fifth album. Check it out! Seriously! I'll even put links to them on here because I'm nice.

You Are Welcome
